There are many different agencies out there, and as many ways to do the job. But what is a good agency? In our opinion, one will absolutely be worth their salt if one can offer you certain services.

Then let’s talk about benefits, and see for yourself.

Your agency should know their market,

If the candidate profile you are looking for is too specific which makes it difficult to find. The knowledge of the market, the industry and the mastering of the research of this specific profile by your recruitment agency, comes to be priceless.

Recruiters should be specialists in their business sectors and should be able to give HR services regular insights about what is happening. They should know:

  • how to reach out to the best available talent and their career expectations

  • salary packages offered on the market

  • current hiring complexities

and if it’s really hard to find the exact profile you are looking for, your agency should be able to advise on alternative solutions.

Obviously, you should save time. If you don’t save time with your agency, you might want to reconsider.
